All new DataHub accounts need to be verified by clicking the Confirm Email link in the "Verify your email to get started with DataHub" email.
If the verification email hasn't arrived there are a few troubleshooting steps you can check.
1. Has the email address been entered correctly? Eg. Correct spelling, domain etc?
2. Try searching your mailbox for "verify" to locate the email.
3. Has the verification email been moved to the junk or spam folder?
4. If you are using Gmail, has the verification email been moved to the Promotions tab?
